If you're on our Ongoing Support plan ($200-500/mo), we fix it within 24 hours on business days. If you're not on a support plan, we offer emergency support at $200/incident. AI tools update frequently, which is why we recommend ongoing support; we catch issues before they disrupt your work.

Yes. In-person setup is our signature offering in South Florida, but we provide full virtual consultations and remote setup for clients anywhere in the US. About 40% of our clients work with us remotely.
