This Privacy Policy explains how Open Aura LLC ("SetupAI", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit setupaitech.com or contact us.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider logs standard technical data (such as IP address, browser, device, and pages viewed) for security and reliability. Embedded third-party tools (below) may also collect technical data, including cookies, when their content loads.

2. Third-party services we use

We rely on the following providers, each of which processes some data on our behalf or under their own policies:

  • FormSubmit — processes and delivers our contact-form submissions to us by email. Form data passes through FormSubmit and arrives in our Google-hosted inbox.
  • Calendly — powers call booking; it collects your name, email, and scheduling details and may set cookies.
  • Google Fonts — fonts are served by Google, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
  • Our website host — serves the site and logs technical data.

Each provider's own privacy policy governs its handling of your data.

3. How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, schedule and provide our services, operate and secure the site, and comply with our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Cookies

The core site uses only essential functionality. Embedded tools such as Calendly may set their own cookies when you interact with them. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking them may affect embedded features.

We keep inquiry and client information for as long as needed to respond to you, provide services, and meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping requirements, then delete or anonymize it.
