These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of setupaitech.com (the "Site") and any services provided by Open Aura LLC ("SetupAI", "we", "us"). By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

SetupAI provides AI setup, automation, and related consulting services. The Site describes these services for general informational purposes. Specific engagements are governed by a separate written agreement, proposal, or statement of work, which controls if it conflicts with these Terms. Pricing and descriptions on the Site may change without notice.

2. No professional advice / no guaranteed outcomes

Content on the Site is general information, not legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice. AI tools produce variable results; we do not guarantee any specific business outcome, revenue, time savings, or that any tool will be error-free or suitable for a particular purpose.

3. Bookings and communications

When you book a call or contact us, you consent to us contacting you about your inquiry. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

4. Intellectual property

The Site and its content (text, design, logos, and code) are owned by SetupAI or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable license to view the Site for evaluating our services. Ownership of deliverables from a paid engagement is governed by the applicable engagement agreement.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Site to break the law, infringe rights, gain unauthorized access, introduce malware, or interfere with the Site's operation or security.

6. Third-party tools and links

The Site embeds and links to third-party services (e.g., Calendly). We are not responsible for third-party content, services, or policies, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and any free resources are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SetupAI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability relating to the Site (separate from any signed services agreement) will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SetupAI harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Florida will have jurisdiction over disputes, unless a signed services agreement specifies otherwise.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
